What is CashTix.com?
CashTix.com was created to allow you to easily sell tickets to your events online with no out of pocket costs! You get 100% of the ticket sales face value!

All you need to do is signup for a free account, then add your events right through your CashTix.com back office! Our back office supports a variety of tools such as a complete sales team commission manager and realtime reports for things such as ticket sales, commission earnings, and lead source tracking.

What Credit Cards Are Accepted


CashTix.com allows customers purchasing your tickets to use a Visa, Mastercard, or American Express.

Is CashTix.com Secure


Yes, we have SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encrpytion enabled on all pages requesting sensitive data such as credit card and contact info.

How Do I Get My Tickets Purchased?


You can pickup your tickets at the events door or will call booth. You must bring an ID matching the ticketholder information, the original receipt and the credit card used to make the purchase.

Refund Policy


If an event is cancelled you will receive an automatic refund of the face value of the tickets purchased. If an event is postponed, you may request a refund for the face value of the tickets purchased by sending an email to refunds@cashtix.com. The refund must be requested within 5 days of the ticket purchase, and you must include your receipt from CashTix.com. Unless an event is cancelled or postponed there are NO REFUNDS! All service fees paid when purchasing tickets on CashTix.com are non-refundable.


About Selling Tickets


Is It Really Free To Sell Tickets?


Yes, it is free to signup for an account, list your event and sell tickets! There are NO out of pocket costs!

Can I Add My Event Flyer and Photos?


Yes, all for free as well, you can upload your events flyers and up to 4 additional event photos to be displayed on the page where your customers purchase tickets to your event.

How It Works


Once ticket sales have stoped, you generate a Will Call list that you can print out, listing each purchase made, ordered by ticketholder last name, then first name. As people come into your events and visit the will call booth, give them their tickets purchased, and cross their name off the list.

How Do I Get Paid From The Ticket Sales?


After your event is over, you will see a "Pending Cashout Request" in your back office for 100% the face value of the tickets sold less any optional commissions paid to ticket promoters for the event. You will receive a check for this amount within one week following the monday of your event.

How Do I Advertise My Event On CashTix.com's Featued Events?


If you wish to advertise your upcoming event on our homepage as a Featued Event, please contact us at admin@cashtix.com. Availability and cost may vary.


About Promoting & Earning


How can I earn Money With CashTix.com?


You can earn money with CashTix.com by promoting ticket sales! In your back office, you can browse through all events that you can earn commission from. The commission rates are set by the event lister. Please not not all events pay commission on ticket sales.

When Do Get Paid Commission?


On the 1st and 15th of every month a "Cashout Request" will be created for your available "Commission Balance" amount, if it is equal to or greater then $25.00 USD. Checks are sent out to your mailing address on file.

What Happens to My Commission If An Event Is Cancelled Or Postponed?


If an event is cancelled or postponed, all commissions earnings from that event will be deducted from your "Commission Balance".
